Error 629: "You have been disconnected from the computer you called Double-click the connection to try again.". Error 650: "The computer you are calling does not respond to a network request." Check the configuration of the Exchange Server in the connection properties. If the problem persists, contact Internet-Cooperative at (0345) 422-2242.
- MOST COMMON CAUSE: The modems have engaged, but the server does not respond to Cooperative requests from PC to start negotiating the parameters of the PPP connection.

Error 676: "The line is busy." Try again later.
- MOST COMMON CAUSE: The telephone line is busy being from another phone in your home or office and calls receive busy tone.
- SOLUTION: Call later.

Error 678: "The computer you are calling is not responding." Please try again later. This error usually occurs if we fail to establish a connection with the remote modem within 60 seconds (the user can set another value in the properties of the modem).
- MOST COMMON CAUSE: The number you are calling is not correct.

Error 680: "No dial tone."
- MOST COMMON CAUSE: The modem is disconnected from the telephone line. The modem does not receive dial tone when you pick breakdown or congestion of your phone line.
- SOLUTION: Check the connection from the modem to the phone line and try again.

Error 720: "Dial-Up Networking could not negotiate a compatible set of network protocols specified in the Exchange server configuration." Check the network settings on the control panel and try to connect.
- MOST COMMON CAUSE: Some of the options in the tab "Exchange Servers" in the "Properties" of the connection is configured incorrectly. For example, have enabled "Require encrypted password" or a network protocol other than TCP / IP.
